Hello Kitty Birthday Card

Hello Blog world! It has been awhile since I posted. I've been sick and just concentrating on day to day. I stayed home sick these past few days and when I had the energy I made a few cards. My God Daughter's birthday is next Friday so I made her card today.

I think it came out so cute. I made a pedestal card because Hello Kitty cuts have a lot of little pieces that just cuts better at larger sizes. I cut Kitty 2 at 5.25" and all her layers. I cut the happy birthday at 1.75" so that it would measure 4.25" in width. I cut out the grass from last year's Easter cartridge to measure 4" in width. I did fit to length. I punched the butterflies with a Martha Stewart three butterfly punch in the colors I used for Hello Kitty. Of course I had to use stickles since that is what makes a card for me. I used fruit punch, stardust, dark blue, yellow and eucalyptus. It was a stickles fest, lol. I hope my God daughter loves it; she's a huge Hello Kitty fan. Thank you for stopping by and leaving a comment. I have a few more cards I will upload later.
